If you are interested in becoming a wholesale costumer, please contact us at email@example.com
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
Is your jewelry sustainable?
Yes, all our jewelry is made out of recycled metals. We repurpose leather scraps and source our embroidery from fair trade organizations.
Do you make custom pieces?
We'll love to make your ideas come to life and make YOU a collaborator! Please review our custom guidelines at alebremerjewelry.com/custom and contact us with a brief description of what you have in mind and we'll get in touch as soon as possible.
Although we would like to make all of them happen, it depends on the workload at the moment and the style of the piece. We are a small company and we don't have as many hands and days of the week as we would like!
What about engraving?
We offer engravings free of charge in items purchased through our website. The space to be engraved is limited and since we do it by hand we can only engrave initials, names or short words. Please contact us to make sure you get that special message set into one of our designs.
Can you repair or resize a piece I bought from you?
Yes. Please contact us with a brief description of what you need us to repair or to what size does your piece needs to be changed to and we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss if its something we can repair free of charge or if there will be an extra fee.
Do you make gold pieces?
Yes. Contact us to request a quote and availability.
Can I purchase a piece from your collections that is not for sale?
Please contact us to discuss which piece you are interested in and to request a quote and availability.
Do you give jewelry classes?
As much as we would love to interact with y'all and spread the love for metalsmithing we're not giving classes at the moment.
Do you have any tips for ring sizing?
Your ring should fit your finger comfortably; snug enough so that it will not fall off but loose enough to slide over your knuckle.
Measure your finger at the end of the day and when your fingers are warm (fingers are smaller in the early morning and when cold).
If the ring is a wide band, consider a larger size.
Make sure you convert your size to the corresponding US ring size to place your order (look for an "international ring size chart").
