Can I order a custom ring size?

We customize rings to any size, choose the size closer to yours and make a note at checkout with your preferred size, we can do 1/2 and 3/4 of a size.

Do you have any tips for ring sizing?

Visit our Ring Sizing section for more information on how to determine your size. If you already know your size, make sure you convert it to the corresponding US ring size.

Do you make custom pieces? 

We would love to make your ideas come to life and make you a collaborator. We can also repurpose your old gold jewelry into a new piece, please review our Custom page guidelines and fill out the form, we'll get in touch as soon as possible.

Can you repair or resize a piece I bought from you? 

Please contact us with a brief description of what you need us to repair or to what size does your piece needs to be changed to. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss if it’s something we can repair and pricing info.

Do you offer engraving? 

We offer engravings free of charge in items purchased through our website. The space to be engraved is limited. Please contact us to make sure you get that special message set into one of our designs.

What is the pink fabric that I received with my order? 

The pink fabric is a polishing cloth, you can use it on gold and silver to bring back the shine of your piece. Visit the Care: Metals & Gemstones page for more info

Do you give jewelry classes? 

As much as we would love to interact with all of you and spread the love for metalsmithing we're not giving classes at the moment. But it’s something we’re planning on doing in the future.

What are my payment options? 

We accept all major Cards, Paypal and AfterPay. If you would like to pay with Venmo, send us an email to contact@alebremerjewelry.com to arrange payment.

What is AfterPay? 

We partnered with AfterPay as your payment method at checkout, you can shop now and pay later. Pay in 4 installments with 0 interest and no fees. You’ll know if you’re approved instantly and your order will ship as usual. Available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Is your jewelry sustainable? 

Our approach centers around producing items exclusively on a made-to-order basis. When possible, our jewelry is made out of recycled metals. Some of our gemstones are bough rough and we work directly with lapidaries that hand cut them just for us. We are continually seeking out reputable gemstone suppliers and lapidaries with a strong commitment to traceability and ethical practices.

Contributions? 

We periodically donate a portion of our sale profits to The Oasis Rarámuri Community and each December we gather money to gift clothes, shoes and toys to the Rarámuri children during the holidays. We’ve also donated to Raices Texas, American Indian College Fund, Fronterizx Fianza Fund, Planned Parenthood, Centro Apoyo Identidades Trans, amongst others.
