Custom pieces are made by hand and will have their own characteristics. They may slightly differ from digital models.
Custom pieces are not exclusive unless previously agreed.

Send us an idea of what you like, are you interested in a specific design? Stone? Shape? Material? Do you want to repurpose your own old gold jewelry into a new design? We can help you create a new piece or alter any of our designs.
We’ll work on some digital models for your to choose from. The ET of digital models is 2-3 weeks.

We’ll send pricing of the digital designs you chose, if you are not sure on the color and karat of your piece, we can send a few options for you to choose from.

We require a non-refundable deposit to start your first physical model, this might be made in wax, silver or brass, just to get an idea of how the piece will look like. Remember we’re still finalizing the design.
We’ll work with you through the process of the piece, making small alterations as you see fit.

Once the first physical model is approved we’ll start on your one of a kind piece. Changes can’t be made to your final piece. The ET of both models is 4-5 weeks once the deposit payment has been made.

We’ll send photos of the final piece before shipping. Once the final payment is made we’ll send a tracking number. We ship via Fedex no signature required, if you would like to add this service please let us know so we can arrange this, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shown they’ve been delivered.
