When can I expect my piece?
Please allow 2 weeks for your item to be shipped. Remember every piece is made to order and handmade just for you in our studio. If you need a piece to be rushed feel free to contact us an we'll try to make it happen. See shipping times below.
A tracking number will be sent once the package has been shipped.

USPS for International orders

Can I return, exchange or cancel an item I purchased?
You can't cancel or return an order since every piece is made to order but we'll try to do anything possible to make you happy and satisfied with your purchase.
If you have any problems with the quality, size, color, etc... of your piece, or the item got damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will happily work something out.
If you are sending a piece back to our studio after approval:
Please make sure you send through a shipping carrier that provides you with a tracking number or insurance. Please use a padded envelope or box. We will not be responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.
Can I alter my order after I checked out?
Please contact us as soon as possible after your check out and provide your name and description of the item you bought. If it hasn't been made we can alter your order.
In case you're exchanging your piece to a different style, it might take a few days to ship again. (No cancelation on items purchased).
