We'll love to make your ideas come to life! And make YOU a collaborator with Ale Bremer Jewelry. Please contact us with a brief description of what you have in mind and we'll get in touch as soon as possible.
Although we would like to make all of them happen, it depends on the workload at the moment and the style of the piece. We are a small company and we don't have as much hands and days of the week as we would like!
What about engraving ?
We offer engravings free of charge in items purchased through our website. The space to be engraved is limited and since we do it by hand we can only engrave initials, names or short words. Please contact us to make sure you get that special message set into one of our designs.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Metals tarnish by nature, and many factors such as the place you live in like weather and humidity, your PH and how you handle and store your jewelry depend on how fast and how your pieces will tarnish. You can use a polishing cloth to remove tarnish. Another alternative is the use of a brass brush and mild soap and water to scrub back into a shinier finish. We strongly recommend you not to wet any pieces that have any other material besides metal. You can also send your piece to us and we'll clean it free of charge! (shipping costs will run on you).
Can you repair or resize a piece I bought from you?
Yes. Please contact us with a brief description of what you need us to repair or to what size does your piece needs to be changed to and we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss if its something we can repair free of charge or if there will be an extra fee.
Can I alter my order after I checked out?
Please contact us as soon as possible after your check out and provide your name and description of the item you bought. If its still here in our studio and it hasn't shipped we can definitely alter your order. In case you are exchanging your purchased piece to another one, it might take a few days to ship again. (No cancelation on items purchased).
Do you make gold pieces?
Yes. Contact us to request a quote and availability.
Can I purchase a piece from your collections that is not for sale?
Please contact us to discuss which piece you are interested in and to request a quote and availability.
Do you give jewelry classes?
As much as we would love to interact with y'all and spread the love for metalsmithing we're not giving classes at the moment.
Do you have any tips for ring sizing?
Your ring should fit your finger comfortably; snug enough so that it will not fall off but loose enough to slide over your knuckle.
Measure your finger at the end of the day and when your fingers are warm (fingers are smaller in the early morning and when cold).
If the ring is a wider band, consider a larger size and if the ring is thiner you should consider a smaller size.
Make sure you convert your size to the corresponding US ring size to place your order (look for an "international ring size chart").
